Once an order has shipped, I’m unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. As a small, independent business, I kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If a package is lost, I’m happy to help look into it, though recovery can’t be guaranteed. If a package is returned, I can arrange re-shipping; however, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In other countries, additional customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that all items on this site are handmade by me, one at a time! As such, there may be slight variations in color or small imperfections. However, Items should be fully functional and clean of major imperfections. Please reach out to me if you believe you recieved a defective or damaged product so we can reach a solution!
