Shipping

  • All products are made to order and will ship within two weeks of ordering.
  • Orders to the U.S. will be fufilled by USPS. All other orders will be fulfilled from the UK and carried with Royal Mail.
  • **Please note that once your order shipped, it is no longer under my care and I am unable to assist with courier delays or delivery timeline.**

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns will be made to the original form of payment, once the item has safely arrived back.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • As we are a small business, exchanges are not possible at this time. Each order will need to be returned and then a new order placed.
  • If your item is defective or broken, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work on a solution!

Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

  • Once an order has shipped, I’m unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. As a small, independent business, I kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • If a package is lost, I’m happy to help look into it, though recovery can’t be guaranteed. If a package is returned, I can arrange re-shipping; however, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs and Import Fees

  • For buyers in the US and UK, no additional customs, duties, or tax payments are required.
  • In other countries, additional customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Handmade Item Disclosure

  • Please note that all items on this site are handmade by me, one at a time! As such, there may be slight variations in color or small imperfections. However, Items should be fully functional and clean of major imperfections. Please reach out to me if you believe you recieved a defective or damaged product so we can reach a solution!
